Every detail has been carefully prepared in the villa located in Fethiye/Hisarönü region, which is the center of the holiday. Its distance from the center is 750m, and its distance from the sea is only 5.5km. You can have a good time with your loved ones and turn your dream vacation into reality.

There are enough sun loungers and umbrellas for the number of people to stay in the villa around the pool, which is completely owned by the villa.

Salon

The sitting room  is on the ground floor. It has sitting group, TV, dining table and chairs. There is an exit from the sitting room to the poolside.

Home Rules

Customers are obliged to use the villa/apartmen, pool, garden furniture, all electrical and electronic goods and other furniture in the villa/apartment that are delivered to them in good working condition. They will pay for any damage they may cause to the villa during their stay, and for any lost property, before leaving the villa. Customers will be considerate of the neighbors around the villa and will avoid any behavior and noise that may disturb the environment. In addition, they do not keep any illegal weapons, drugs, etc., they do not accommodate legally wanted persons / fugitives in the villa, so  the villa do not be used for any illegal activity. The customer is also responsible for possible accidents and damages that may occur due to her own fault in the rented house during the rental period and other individuals accompanying her/him.  *The maximum number of persons is specified in the descriptions of each holiday residence. It does not exceed the number of residences determined during the rental period and approved on the receipt/document, including children and babies in the number of people staying at home. If the maximum number of people that can stay in each house is exceeded, a large number of people will be asked to leave the house or a certain amount of extra fee will be charged. *Processes are carried out in line with the customer’s declaration during the pre-reservation phase of the holiday home. The customer accepts and undertakes that the information she/he has given is correct and complete. *Zehra villas is the intermediary firm between the homeowner and the customer. When there is  a problem with the house, the homeowner or the person concerned is responsible for fixing it. In cases where the problem is not resolved, Zehra villas helps to solve the problem. *Customer must pay a deposit of 1,500 TL at the entrance to the house. The damage deposit is collected from the customer in cash on the day of entry to the villa/apartment/, and in the control to be made before the customer leaves the villa/apartment/, there is no damage, missing, etc. If not, it will be refunded in cash. * Check-in time is after 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:30. These time zones can be changed depending on the availability of the house, with the client’s approval of the homeowner. *Weekly villa/apartment/ rental prices include entrance cleaning. Apart from this, all kinds of cleaning and towels / sheets etc. to be asked. exchange is chargeable. The pool and garden are maintained in the early hours of every morning, and if there is any technical problem in the villa during the rental period, it will be fixed by the homeowner.

The damage deposit will be collected from the customer in cash on the day of check-in, and if there is no damage, missing, etc., in the control to be made before the customer leaves the villa/apartment, it will be returned exactly.
